Almost too old to even be qualified as old school, this Basement Boy no longer counts the years that separate the present moment from the time he first began making mixtapes for the extended Basement family. Already the most popular kid on the block, the parties, chips and lemonade he organizes for his friends were simply the essentials of a time and place.

And despite all the success and notoriety he’s experienced over the years, That Basement Guy has always remained the same ole guy, humble, soft, supple, and fragile. Underneath it all and always before all else, he’s a lover of good beats.
